I place special care into each property, every step of the way. On the average, the properties I have cleaned, hauled and repaired sold for 7-15% more than the asking price. I can identify repairs at a minimal cost to the bank to get it ready for FHA or conventional loans. I frequently accompany the Sheriff on eviction, secure and re-key properties, and turn utilities on in my name if needed. I coordinate the trash out and in some cases, manage the tenant’s removal of personal property. In case of any emergency, I can also provide BPO’s within 24 hours or less and am always available to call. My desire to work hard never falters.
